Our Goal -
To always provide unparalleled customer service.  We cover the entire State of Virginia.  For your Virginia Closing needs, you just have one number to call!  If the subject property is located within a three (3) hour drive from our office in Manassas, Virginia, we will send a closing officer to the customer’s home AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.  If the property is located beyond the three hour limit, we will do a mail out.  Moreover, we will do closings during the day, in the evenings, and on weekends.  Again, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.  Our only requirement for doing closings outside of the Northern Virginia area is that we would like to receive the documents the day before the scheduled closing.

Other Special Services -
We offer a quick turn around time.  Once an Order is placed with us, within twenty-four hours, you will receive a confirmation of your order which will include your File Number, a preliminary HUD-1, and the Insured Closing Letter.  In most cases the title work is faxed within three business days of your order.
